QueerlyOut - LGBT London Gay Night Out "cheapest gay night in Central London for drinks" supporting charities
"QueerlyOut is a brand new gay night in Central London with a difference brought to you by Queerly, hosted weekly at the London School of Economics with low entrance prices and ultra-low drinks prices. In fact, we're the cheapest gay night in Central London for drinks.
We will open as a guestlist-only night on 7th October 2010 and thereafter every Thursday of the year. We'll keep you posted of any future special events.
Each week, a different charity, service provider or employer is given a free area of the venue to raise awareness of themselves or a campaign, provide service referrals i.e. sexual health or counselling or fundraise. Every week we will have a raffle in aid of the charity.
QueerlyOut is designed for gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning and curious people of both sexes. We appeal mostly to the student and young professionals market, ages 18-30. We have 2 rooms; a mainstream room and a rock room.
QueerlyOut is media sponsored by Attitude, PinkNews and Boyz."
Our 7th October 2010 event is for invited guests only.
We will ask for a voluntary donation on the door to be split between Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) and Albert Kennedy Trust. To apply for tickets please email guestlist@queerly.co.uk and we’ll try and fit you onto the guestlist.
Note: As this is a new event clearly this entry cannot be a recommendation. However we are encouraged by the support for THT the UK's largest Sexual Health and HIV Charity and QueerlyOut's commitment to charities moving forward. ThCell has no relationship with those mentioned here. We hope you will post a recommendation if you ever attended.
