I was passed this information by my treatment centre. I am always keen to see new technologies used when it comes to dealing with HIV.

If you have an iPhone or iPad you may like to try this FREE application.

iStayHealthy is for people living with HIV. Simple charts show the progression of CD4 count (immune cell count) and Viral Load (HIV) count before and after start of HIV treatment.
Users can add CD4/Viral Load results, add HIV medication, add treatment alerts and add any other non-HIV related medication'"
